Acceptable Use Policy
Plenty of room to practise. A few shared rules to keep the service fair and useful.
Last updated:
01Study freely and responsibly
Normal personal revision, repeat attempts, mistake review, bookmarking and use of accessibility tools are welcome. Follow your school’s and examination board’s rules when using study aids.
02Respect access limits
Do not bypass paywalls or other access restrictions, resell access, share personal accounts, or use another person’s account without authorisation.
03Respect content and rights
Do not scrape at scale, use automated extraction to collect the question bank, redistribute protected content without permission, or infringe copyright or other rights. Do not reverse engineer the service where restriction is legally enforceable; statutory exceptions remain available.
04Keep the service safe
Do not disrupt the service, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe other users’ accounts, or conduct fraudulent or malicious activity. Do not submit illegal or harmful content through answers, drawings or support messages. Responsible reports of a suspected issue are welcome through Support.
05Academic integrity
Use practice to learn. Do not use the service to cheat in a live examination, impersonate another student, or submit work in breach of applicable assessment rules.
06What happens if something goes wrong
We may investigate reports and proportionately restrict access to protect users or address a breach, as described in the Terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect or want to report misuse.
