01What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies and similar browser storage remember information between visits. This policy covers both cookies and other storage used by PastPaperGrind.

02Essential functions

Sign-in and security services use storage to maintain your session and protect access. Practice features may store in-progress answers and session information so you can continue working. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved sessions or billing features from working.

03Preferences and practice

When you choose a theme or practice setting, we may remember it on your device. Sample practice can also remember profile preferences, saved questions and study rewards. A sample reward cookie lasts up to 30 days; browser preferences and local practice data can remain until you clear them. Account-linked preferences are also saved with your account.

04Analytics and marketing

We do not currently use separate visitor analytics or marketing cookies. There are no advertising or analytics consent switches to enable. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent before using non-essential storage where required.

05Payments and external services

Sign-in and payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you use their services, including to prevent fraud. Their privacy and cookie notices explain those uses. Visiting an external exam board website is also subject to that website’s policies.

06Manage cookie preferences

Use your browser’s site-data controls to review, block or clear cookies and other storage. Clearing site data may sign you out and erase practice saved only on that device; it does not delete your online account. You can change your theme and study preferences in the service. To delete your account and account-linked information, use Account → Privacy & account.

There are currently no optional analytics or marketing categories to accept or reject. The Privacy Policy explains your wider choices about personal information.
