Refund Policy
Help with a payment that does not look right, or a subscription you no longer need.
Last updated:
01Your rights
Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights to cancel, withdraw from a purchase or receive a remedy for a faulty service, are not affected by this policy. Those rights depend on your location and circumstances.
02Eligibility
Contact us about a payment you would like reviewed. We will assess requests under applicable consumer law and any refund terms shown when you purchased. This page does not specify an additional voluntary refund window.
03How to request a refund
Choose Billing on the Contact page. Include your account email, payment date, amount and currency, and a short explanation. A receipt reference helps locate the payment. Never send full card details or passwords. We may ask for enough information to verify the purchase.
04Duplicate or unexpected charges
If you believe you were charged twice accidentally, contact Billing so we can check the records. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected. An unfamiliar charge may also relate to a renewal; we can help you identify it.
05Cancelling a subscription
Cancel through Account → Manage subscription and check the confirmation and end date. For cancellation at the end of your paid period, paid access continues until then and future renewals stop. Cancellation alone does not request or trigger a refund of previous payments. Deleting an account ends access immediately and does not automatically issue a refund.
06Promotional purchases
Any promotion-specific refund conditions shown before purchase apply alongside this policy and your statutory rights. Where a refund is due, it is based on the amount actually paid, including any discount, rather than the undiscounted list price.
07Exceptional circumstances
Tell us if a serious service problem or an exceptional circumstance affected your use. Requests are considered individually and according to applicable law. We cannot promise a particular outcome before reviewing the facts.
08When a refund is approved
We will explain the amount and what happens to your access. Refunds normally return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact Billing if you need help following up.
